SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES, DESIGN, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, ENGINEERING, SERVICE AND CONFERENCE OF INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS, SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS AND CORPORATE MOBILE AND SATELLITE LINKS WITH PRICES AND QUALITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS AND ASSISTANT MAXIMUM BENEFITS FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND FOR ITS INTERESTED PARTIES

For the effective implementation of the Quality Policy, the Management has defined the following main objectives in its activities:
  • Offering on the Bulgarian and international markets systems and services based on advanced and well-established communication technologies with proven quality, bringing maximum benefit to the clients, the organization and the interested parties, striving to protect the environment and ensuring health and safety at work;
  • Care for the investments made by the Customer, providing quality warranty and after-sales service;
  • Compliance with Bulgarian legislation, the requirements of the European regulations and the international standards concerning the company's activity;
  • Satisfaction and an increasing understanding of the needs and requirements of our clients and stakeholders from the company's business;
  • Maintain an efficiently functioning integrated quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015;
  • Compliance with GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data;
  • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our company by motivating and integrating all staff to meet the objectives of quality, environment and health and safety at work;
  • Unconditional compliance with the company's principle of loyalty, trust and respect to all customers, suppliers and competitors;
  • Providing the necessary resources to achieve all the goals set for our company's overall business;
  • Reducing the consumption of natural resources;
  • Efficient process management to continually improve and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS);
  • Continuous improvement and achievement of objectives to prevent environmental pollution, prevent injuries and diseases by performing systematic checks and analyzes and applying corrective and preventive actions;
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of ever-changing market conditions and needs in order to provide conditions for ever more complete and quality customer service;
To achieve these objectives and tasks the Organization has developed and implemented a Quality Management System based on the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.
