Starting November 1, 2024, SCORTEL's office in Sofia, at 29 Deliiska vodenitza Str., 1st floor, will open a Mediation Room. Every Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, certified mediators will provide consultations for dispute resolution and will conduct mediation sessions.

Mediation is a procedure for out-of-court resolution of legal and non-legal disputes—civil, commercial, labor, family, and more. In this process, an independent person (Mediator) assists the disputing parties in reaching an agreement. You can read more about mediation here.
