With the present and in compliance with the Decree No. 4/2024 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, art. 8 (5) I would like to inform you that in the procedure opened with a public announcement for determining a contractor with the subject " Purchase of a System for automated locks operation at KBPA dyke under the Project 101113015 - DaWetRest“ in the implementation of Danube Wetlands and flood plains Restoration through systemic, community engaged and sustainable innovative actions (DaWetRest) project, which is co-funded by the European Union Horizon Europe programme (HORIZON-MISS-2022-OCEAN-O1-02), under Grant Agreement no. 101113015 with beneficiary Scortel Ltd, was submitted only one offer by the tenderer SAVREMENNI SISTEMI EOOD (СЪВРЕМЕННИ СИСТЕМИ ЕООД), UIC: 117657820. The offer was found in full compliance with tender requirements, allowed for evaluation and ranked at first place with a total price of 573 000.00 BGN without VAT, according to the tender documentation criteria – “Optimal quality-price ratio”.
The company SAVREMENNI SISTEMI EOOD (СЪВРЕМЕННИ СИСТЕМИ ЕООД), UIC: 117657820 has been selected as a contractor in the procedure with Decision 2024-1347/19.04.2024 of the manager of Scortel Ltd.
