A procedure has been opened with a public announcement for determining a contractor with the subject " Purchase of an Intelligent freshwater (wetland) monitoring and management system under the Project 101113015 — DaWetRest“ in the implementation of Danube Wetlands and flood plains Restoration through systemic, community engaged and sustainable innovative actions (DaWetRest) project, which is co-funded by the European Union Horizon Europe programme (HORIZON-MISS-2022-OCEAN-O1-02), under Grant Agreement no. 101113015 with beneficiary Scortel Ltd.
The selection of a contractor during the procedure is carried out on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer, with the criteria "optimal quality/price ratio".
Offers are submitted via EUMIS 2020 system (https://eumis2020.government.bg) with a deadline 02.09.2024.
Date and place of opening of the offers: 03.09.2024 from 09:00 am at the address: Sofia, zh.k. Druzhba 2, 29 Deliyska Vodenitsa Str., 1st floor.
